~Yearling Fundamentals Program~
$750/month
Let's set your yearling up for success! In our Yearling Fundamentals Program we provide your yearling with a solid foundation, teach them to be a respectable citizen, and prepare them for their performance career without undue physical or mental stress. This includes, but is not limited to, loading & unloading safely from a trailer, respectfully leading next to their handler at the walk and trot, catching, haltering, tying quietly alone or with company, standing for the farrier and/or lifting their feet to be picked, round pen/square pen/lunging...
Yearlings are at a wonderful age to teach the basics while their mind is malleable and impressionable. The majority of yearlings that have completed this program come back as 2 year olds ready for a first ride within their first 2-3 days. Those that have completed the program are generally more receptive to training and are a more enjoyable partner in the saddle.

Boarding
$500 per month
*12+ hours of daily turnout (individual dry lot may be accommodated per availability)
*PM Stalling - 12x12, 12x10, 10x10 options available
*Quality forage 2-3x daily. Supplemental feed morning and night (Optional, or you may provide feed of your choice)
Access to indoor and outdoor arenas. Heated wash stall. Tack/equipment storage.

Consignment & Fitting
Need some extra stall space? Consign one with us and skip the hassle of DIY marketing! We understand marketing your horse is often a time consuming and tedious process. We are eager to take the work off your shoulders! Our consignment process is simple, stress-free, and reaches a wide network of horsemen and women; leaving you with peace of mind and your horse in great hands. Most horses on consignment with CB Performance Horses are sold within 3 months.
*Commission Rate: 10% of sale/purchase price or $300 minimum. Professional photos, videos and advertising included.
Sale Prep/Fitting:
Going to auction? We're dedicated to making your horse look the best! We can help you choose the right auction for your situation and handle everything in between. Contact us for details!
*Photos: $50 ea.
*Videos: $100
*Flat rate fee of $250 to present and ride your horse through auction

Lessons
*Individual Lessons: $50/hour
24 hour required cancellation notice
Misc. Fees
*Single Haul: $1.00/loaded mile/horse (flat fee of $50 for hauls 50 miles or less)
*Shared Haul: 0.75/loaded mile/horse (No minimum fee applied)
*Vet/Farrier/Body Work/Entry Fees/Stalling/Bedding/etc.: Billed directly to client
